This Resilience Improvement Plan is designed to enhance Kentucky's readiness to prepare for, respond to, and withstand future extreme weather and natural hazard events that impact the transportation system. The Plan employs a risk-based assessment, considering the probability of occurrences, the extent of potential damages, and the importance of the transportation assets involved.
