TRB Webinar: Understanding the Effects of COVID-19 on Impaired Driving

This webinar examines the reported increase in risky driving behaviors which occurred during the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic, despite a national decrease in the number of vehicle miles traveled. The topics include pandemic-related drinking and driving behavior, serious and fatal crashes due to these behaviors, and the research needs in this area.
